If you want these services, a medical referral is needed.</p><h2>Holland Bloorview Kids Rehab</h2><p>Holland Bloorview Kids Rehab is a rehabilitation centre for children and teenagers from birth to 18 years of age. It provides service to children and teenagers with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), developmental delay, head injuries, and/or physical or motor issues.</p><p>The Child Development Program within Holland Bloorview Kids Rehab provides assessments for children suspected of having ASD. The Psychopharmacology Clinic provides consultation for children and teenagers who may need medication as part of their care. City KIDS helps you connect with many specialized services including:</p><ul><li>resource and consulting to child care and early childhood programs</li><li>speech and language, occupational, and behavioural consultation</li><li>service coordination</li></ul><h2>Community Living</h2><p>Community Living provides a wide range of services for children, youth, and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. You must live in Toronto and your postal code must begin with the letter “M” to be able to use the services. Services include:</p><ul><li>family support: service coordination, community referrals, sibling and parent support groups, and assistance with accessing funding</li><li>education and training: educational workshops and seminars for parents</li><li>intensive behavioural intervention (IBI) Services</li><li>reference library and information</li><li>respite care</li><li>adolescent and adult support</li></ul><p>For more information visit <a href="http://www.autism.net/">www.autism.net</a>.</p><h2>Kerry’s Place Autism Services</h2><p>Kerry's Place Autism Services is an organization committed to improving the quality of life of people with ASD. They provide a number of services for children, teenagers, and adults with ASD and their families throughout their lives. Supports include respite funding, educational workshops, parent support groups, and social groups. </p><p>For more information visit <a href="http://www.kerrysplace.org/">www.kerrysplace.org</a>.</p><h2>Surrey Place Centre</h2><p>Surrey Place Centre provides many programs and services including assessment, diagnosis, one-on-one treatment, school support, medical services, family counselling, and group support. These programs are divided into three areas: infancy and early childhood, children and youth, and adults. </p><p>Surrey Place Centre is the lead agency for Toronto Partnership for Autism Services (TPAS).
